
The success of the Talbot Inn, has been achieved mainly by our team. The key members of staff have worked at the Inn for as long as 20 years, and it is due to their hard work that we have been credited with many major awards from in the past, from Egon Ronay, Which Magazine, The Good Pub Guide and recognised by the A.A. to name just a few.
Most of our food is freshly prepared with local produce. We have an extensive menu to cater for all tastes which is changed regularly, apart from our Bread and Butter Pudding, which has been a firm favourite for many years. Additionally our daily Specials Board offers a wide variety of dishes and a selection of Vegetarian Meals. We also offer a choice of desserts and a varied Wine List. Our courtyard offers a welcome escape for our regulars ? used for drinking, dining, and of course, the occasional smoke!
